Mom Pod Community Childcare was born from a simple belief: every child deserves safe, nurturing, quality care — and every family deserves access to it, regardless of income. We are a nonprofit, state-licensed childcare proudly serving West Valley, Utah and surrounding communities.
Born from a Mom Who Lived the Struggle
Mom Pod was founded by Anna Robbins-Ek, a West Valley mom who experienced firsthand how hard it is to find affordable, trustworthy childcare in our community. She knew there had to be a better way.
What started as a desire to help her own family became a mission to help every family. Anna built Mom Pod on the belief that childcare should never be a luxury — it should be a community resource, accessible to every parent who needs it.
As a nonprofit, we reinvest everything back into our programs, our staff, and our families. We offer sliding-scale rates, financial assistance, and a "Pay When You Play" billing model so that no family is ever charged for days their child isn't in care.
We are not just a business. We are neighbors caring for neighbors — and we are proud to call West Valley home.

Anna Robbins-Ek
A West Valley mom, community advocate, and the heart behind Mom Pod. Anna founded this nonprofit after experiencing the childcare gap firsthand. She brings warmth, passion, and an unwavering commitment to every family she serves.
Two Teachers, All Day
We maintain two qualified, background-checked teachers present throughout the entire day. Our team is CPR and first aid certified, trained in positive guidance, and passionate about early childhood development. Every child is known, seen, and loved here.
